Not exactly a new release but I picked up a Rogue Whiskey (#272302) for $39.95, originally priced at $88.80. Not a bad value but I have also not heard very good reviews.

So far I've tried the Jungling Jul, the Two Captains, and the Tiger Tripel. I really liked all of them but the tripel tasted kind of astringent. Not sure if it was a wonky one or if that was supposed to be there. You were likely picking up the peated malt in the Tiger Tripel. Kind of an interesting...

My first two bottles blew off like crazy. I was ready for the third with a bowl to catch the blow off, go figure that bottle was perfect.... They all tasted good at least.

It is just me or does the shipyard smashed pumpkin taste extra strange this year? I recall it not being very good last year but this years just seems to have a weird taste to it.

Any release dates for the fall and shipyard beers?
