Their understanding of the concept of 'packaging' is one of their great strengths. I am in love with virtually every effort they have made - even in covering up the lowly industry standard bottle.

My understanding is the start-up group has purchased some of the equipment from the old Celis Brewery which was at 45000 bbl when Miller closed it. This is not equipment that can be run on 20 hl batches so I have high expectations.
