Anyone else find the added sound effects (crowd clapping, oohs and aahs) and giddy laughter kinda creepy? I could see this guy being a future serial killer.

This was in the Globe, not the Post. The two papers barely differ in their political stances. I don't know about that. I'm a leftie who reads the Globe every Saturday (and yeah, the Star daily), and when it comes to their editorial and opinion pieces, I find them pretty well balanced. Yeah, ...

You must vote Marxist-Leninist if the Globe is too far to the right for you. If you haven't read it yet, check out Herman & Chomsky's Manufacturing Consent . 20+ years old but it continues to serve as the definitive explanation of how the mainstream media operates. Big eye opener for most peopl...

I almost barfed in my mouth while watching this video. A wine snob who writes for the most pretentious, right wing, corporate rag in the nation trying to make beer recommendations to the masses. This was in the Globe, not the Post. -Josh The two papers barely differ in their political stance...

Re: the bucket mix : one of the things that really burns my ass is the corporate creeps trying to blur the line between macro slop, macro pseudo-craft slop, and crafted/import beer. I almost barfed in my mouth while watching this video. A wine snob who writes for the most pretentious, right wing, c...

New website looks awesome, glad to see this brewery stepping it up a notch with the presentation of their products. If you go to page 2 of this document: <http://www.muskokabrewery.com/pdf/FoodPairings.pdf> it looks like they're releasing a "Seasonal Stout" this year, and re-releasing the ...

Brewers are encouraged by praise but they are in business to make $$$...so praise away but support your favourite brewers with purchasing power. Yes, I should have made this clear in my post, and I plan to buy Smash Bomb by the case when it's available in stores. I'll also make a point of purchasin...

Tried this on tap at Chancey Smith's a few days ago (real thing this time! LOL). Great West Coast IPA with loads of tropical fruit, citrus, pine, orange peel and also a bit of weed in the nose and aftertaste. Refreshing, layered mouthfeel, slick and oily, medium bodied, crisp and spicy acidity mid-p...

Why is this beer listed as a Kristalweizen on BeerAdvocate? KristalWeizen is german by style and this beer isn't German. It is an American WHeat Ale at best, and so the brewery says on the intro package we have at my LCBO location. They list it as an American Wheat. But even without that, one would...
