Bump, more kudo's... I only have one negative comment... Not enough variety... JUST KIDDING! Ha! (inside joke) As everyone has already said, a really fantastic day. So many (almost too many?) amazing beers to try and enjoy. Nice to see so many bartowellers out enjoy the day, met some new folks today...

Let's not jump to any assumptions that it'll be a good beed destination until we see an actual beer list. With 115 (holy crap) taps one would hope but... I think it's fairly safe to assume at this point that with 115 taps they're going to have a fair number of decent craft and imports... I know the...

Trafalgar Strawberry Anti-Social & Debaucherry
I grabbed a few bottles of each on Saturday from the Brewery and sampled them later in the afternoon. They are nice, interesting beers, but not particularly fruity... The strawberry in particular has a very, very suble fruit flavor, almost non existant. I think if you sampled this without knowing it...

ditto... very, very good... I do have a soft spot for Belhaven, because I've been fortunate enough to actually visit the brewery and do a tour... ah... Sorry, back on topic... Anyhow, this was a really, really good beer... Definitely one of the most enjoyable UK bottled beers I've had in a long, lon...

Jon - I totally understand re: location, I have the same problem getting to many of my favorite spots, especially Volo and the Granite, coming from the suburbs is a bugger... When I said support, I didn't just mean directly, I meant instead of bashing the place before they even OPEN, let's applaud t...

As a native of Mississauga, although I'm over at Winston Churchill / QEW area, as opposed to Hurontario / Burnhamthorpe where this place will be located, I'm absolutely THRILLED to bits that I might actually be able to get a decent pint in this city! I'm cautiously optimistic, but some comments so f...

RALPH.... YOU ARE A GOD AMONG MEN. This is, without a doubt, the most impressive list of amazing, kick-ass, pints ever witnessed in one location in the GTA, if not ONTARIO, if not CANADA, possibly rivaling some of the big American Cask Fests... Everyone needs to show some props to Ralph, and to Vol...

Elephant and Castle on King St has it as well... I can't say I've had a really close look, but I have had a few pints and they were very good...GregClow wrote:I could be wrong, but I don't think there is any Fullers available anywhere in Toronto on handpump.

You know, I've never actually tried a Steelback beer, and I don't have any personal experience with anyone connected with the brewery, but as a beer enthusiast, I'm happy to hear that boutique brewpub is opening in Toronto. Perhaps I'm an eternal optimist, but isn't it possible that maybe, just mayb...

Queens Head in Oakville
Just a quick FYI - the Queens Head in Downtown Oakville - is a really nice English pub, I always enjoy going in there. It's a nice change from all of the chain-style pubs. Beer selection is pretty typical, many of the usual british imports, but they do have Fullers London Pride on a handpump! Hello!...
