Kozel Cerny recipe?

I really enjoyed the Kozel Cerny ( Dark Kozel) on tap when I was in the Czech Republic. Does anyone know of a clone recipe for this or a similar Bohemian dark lager?

Cheers

Interesting. Thanks for that. One question. When you state "The pints are between $22 and $24" is that in Canadian dollars or Argentina's currency? The Mondial de la Biere has just released a partial list of the Argentine beers that will be in Montreal this year. I look forward to trying t...

Greg Nash in the Halifax Chronicle Herald.

"A year or so ago, a friend had started telling me about this guy named Nash — first or last name, no one seemed to know — who made beer unlike any my pal had ever tasted."

Ten replies in and no one has mentioned Dieu Du Ciel :o It is the beer destination in Montreal for me. In Ottawa, the Black Tomato has a good selection of Ontario beer. I will be heading to Halifax on Friday. My first stop is always the Hart and Thistle. Nash brews fantastic stuff (he is still there...

Wow! Thats a hell of a beer selection. I know I will be heading to FLL on my next trip to Florida.
I'd recommend the North Coast Old Rasputin, Stone Ruination. I see only one beer from Florida's Saint Somewhere, get that if you want a nice saison.

Two winter specials at the Yellowbelly.

Yellowbelly "Mummer's Brew" is back for Christmas! A lovely spiced Christmas beer. Available on tap at the Yellowbelly and in one litre swing top bottles at the St John's area NLC stores. I was surprised to find their other seasonal offering is also in bottles at the NLC. The "Hodge P...

Steve Beauchesne hopes to resume deliveries by Monday.
So does this mean we won't find out who made the complaint? I would still like to know.

Kensington Wine Market has a good selection of craft beer. http://www.kensingtonwinemarket.com/ Two years ago on my vacation I had a great chat with the owner about Belgian beers. He had just returned and was getting ready to go beer shopping in Paris. The Wild Rose Brewery is a must. I love the Alb...
