For all the east enders on here who may frequent Stratengers - was in yesterday and noticed a shiny brand new Sabco Brew Magic system set up there. Asked the owner and it sounds like they're in the midst of getting all their applications and hope to be brewing by the summer.

I purchased last night despite the warnings - I really wanted to support NAC having the balls to bring it to Ontario - but as stated by everyone already the beer is a total mess. I don't think anything like that currently exists. Check out the events at Black Oak, I think they are running an event soon to demonstrate all grain brewing.

Anybody have any first-hand experience with these as a primary fermenter? Pro's/Cons's? I'm thinking about picking up the 6 gal. model and retiring my plastic bucket. thanks.
