For all the east enders on here who may frequent Stratengers - was in yesterday and noticed a shiny brand new Sabco Brew Magic system set up there. Asked the owner and it sounds like they're in the midst of getting all their applications and hope to be brewing by the summer.

I can't remember where I heard this but it was on a podcast and had the owner of five star talking about how to use Star San, etc. He mentioned that if you use distilled water with Star San it will last a very long time and stay at the correct PH. I think he also mentioned that if your Star San mix...
