Re: Peter Lopaty
Peter was also my 1st supplier for a private order, and I can still vividly recall walking into the foyer of his house surrounded by boxes and boxes of Rogue. Not every attempt to place an order was successful, but I did enjoy being able to chat with the man while picking up some fine ales. That's s...

Re: LCBO Online Ordering Launches
Three day turn-around here as well; most of the order was fresh, although the Star Trek Golden Anniversary Ale is dated May 26th.
If they'd tweak the web design a bit (was not a fan of selecting one's fave stores, let alone the beer breakdown), I'd be quite happy with the new setup.

Re: Bellwoods Brewery
I challenge any whisky nerd (esp Scotch) to come up with a bottle of equal quality to the Bellwoods beer, for less than $72! Scotch - Aberlour 12YO @ 59.95 Irish - Redbreast @ 69.95 American - Blanton's Original @ 64.90 Canadian - Alberta Premium Dark Horse @ 27.95 [until Nov. 8th] That was easy. ;)

Re: What're you drinking right now?
Thanks that's crazy weird. It shows up on this foodanddrink website, but lcbo.com shows no results even when I put in the product number. The LCBO always finds ways to annoy -- there were a couple of threads a few months back about the ineptness of the search function. As was the advice back then, ...
