Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

"Bud Light Lime "Straw-Ber-Rita" " ???

How many line extensions is that ? I've lost count....

I think I will wait until next year for Bud Light Lime "Straw-Ber-Rita" Platinum in a sleek wide mouth 750ml can.

Thanks! Any chance of a list of what places are getting those kegs? Where do I send my thirsty taste-buds? I just found out from my colleague @McAuslanUnicorn (twitter) that the Winking Judge will be the first to be pouring in an Ontario bar. There are only 38 kegs to go around -- so most places wi...

Hi folks - Erable will be making its way to a few pubs and restaurants by the end of this week. Definitely Barque will have it on tap soon -- when exactly TBA. On a side note - our Pale Ale cans will be on the LCBO shelves - hopefully by the end of the week as well. #331264 - $2.75. Though it isn't ...

Saw this on workopolis:

Does Labatt have a microbrewery in Mississauga?

I thought they tried to pass off Keith's, Rolling Rock and Shock Top as microbreweries to the masses?

@ Jeff - regarding the StA there were a few stores that stockpiled a bunch of cases fairly late in October. I find the cloves very aromatic in Sept & Oct. I had an LCBO manager tell me they buy a case for their guests and serve it at Xmas time - as the spices blend quite nicely. I tried it - she...

Peter McAuslan told me "as the beer ages, the carbonation goes down and takes on a beautiful port constitency". I am pretty sure that batch was brewed and bottled in eary 2009 - so that bottle was aged for 4 years for you -- and you didn't have to pay extra :D . I have some in my cellar an...
