We have about 800 liters of Niambic right now. Not sure how this liquid will see the light of day because we are planning on doing a batch annually. Had a ton of fun brewing this with the guys. Hopefully we collected enough bugs and yeast to ferment. Thanks to The Good Earth for letting us camp in their vineyard and thanks to the boys at Flat Rock for setting it up.

It starts this Sunday and the beers will be tapped throughout the week.

Steamwhistle brewer Erica Graholm participated. Although they obviously have a very specific business plan, they encouraged her to be part of this OCB collab - which is pretty cool IMO

The Robust will be a limited release at the LCBO soon. The Vanilla Bean and Currantly Incarcerated will be around the retail store early next week.
