Bellwoods wins hands down because they actually bottle their products in substantial quantities. They don't just release a couple dozen bottles in the middle of a weekday so no one outside of Toronto can get any. Their shop is easily the best beer store in Ontario IMO.

They also made Hellwoods.

After seeing the car get plowed in three times after having shovelled it out, I needed a beer. Having an A1213 can of Red Racer, tasting awesome. Relaxing with my newly repaired and upgraded turntable, spinning Unwound's Live Leaves and Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures so far.

It's always been pretty unfiltered with floaties in my experiences - like many of their beers. I do think they've change the malt bill though, this new batch seems a lot lighter in colour.

Haha wow that's a very high ABV average for a Spring release. Nine beers at 8% or more and nothing under 6% (essentially). Looking forward to the HopWired and 4D especially.

Oh hells to the yes! Might be time to go over to Flat Rock to get a feel what their plans are in terms of production/styles etc. I'm hoping the cross talk with the winery opens some neat barrel aging oportunities. I'm always hoping for more wild/sour offerings, but that may be a tough sell to wibe ...
