You watched the Winter Ale review?
Thanks Derek. I always believed in Santa; and it is true. He does exist.

Yeah...I see your point.....I was just thinking of easing everyone into the DIPAs and Imperials. After Divinity, we are conjuring a beast of an IPA+++ and finishing it with late/dry hop additions of an experimental hop called Faulkner's Flight. I don't think anyone in Canada has used this hop yet (...

We just finished a 1/2 batch of a DBIPA casted with Falconer's Flight not to be confused with Faulkner (the novelist). I'll let everyone know how this Double Black IPA turns out!!!!

I must admit I've never been a fan of Flying Monkeys' packaging/labels - but I am SUPER excited about the prospect of picking this up on a regular basis. I hope to see some more Netherworld on the shelves as well. Keep up the good work, FM! Our packaging is one of those things you either hate it or...

Had a pint of this at Bar Volo on Friday and it was pretty tasty. Serious hop-heads might not find it strong enough though. Would've been nice to see them go the Imperial or Double IPA route on this one as there is a serious lack of these kinds of beers here in Ontario. On the plus side, it seems l...

Hey guys....great job on supporting the cask movement in ontario. We were just in Michigan at the Craft Brewer's Conference where we attended a seminar on casks. we learned a lot ourselves. It is a pretty sizable movement in the US! Let me know if you are interested in a Flying Monkeys cask. Next t...

I just find it too stressful to think about watching right now. Things like blindly releasing brews, spilling containers of glue, f**ked up glycol chillers, problems on the packaging line-- this shit happens all the time at our brewery. Scary!!!

I was never one for changing names (yeah right) but I like the beer lineup and direction of Gambrinus. I believe their hard work has earned them the respect they deserve. Good luck guys! I look forward to many many pints together.

Smashbomb is now offiicially our best selling draught, outselling Keith's more than two to one. Great job Peter!!! It takes big balls to untap Coors and Labatts in the City of London. Gambrinus Bistro has made a name for itself by having incredible beer and brewing knowledge in addition to serving ...
