oak aged winter warmer right now. marris otter, c120, and black patent are the grains. than added some molasses, cinnamon, ginger, and bourbon soaked oak chips. Started out kind of rough, but is starting to taste really good right now.

drinking a homebrewed tripple bottle conditioned with brett from a bottle of goose island matilda. Some carbonation, but still has a ways to go.

I have had a few of there beers and thought they were all pretty good. Try them if you have the chance. With that being said you arnt missing anything really. just finished a bottle of kentuky bastard and loved every moment of it. whiskey up front without being over powering. perfect balance, and one of my top beers i have had this year.

beau's sleepy time stout - great beer. belgian yeast and stout were well balanced. great beer.

Sierra Nevada Narwhal Imperial Stout - great beer, and suprisingly hoppy. Reminds me of tempest.

heard from nicklebrook today that the barrel aged cuvee will be in lcbo's soon.

frankenmuth brewery oktoberfest and irish ale. achel brune which was fantastic. will be searching out more of these.
