Coopers Sparkling Ale
Just got around to trying this. I'm not sure what I think about it - not much in the way of aroma. A nice thick, sparkly (they got the name right) mouthfeel, but the flavour seems slightly lacking - the malt isn't particularly tasty, and the hops seem a touch bland.

I'd vote against it Illuminatus. I've never heard of anyone successfully aging a pilsner, and the standout hop flavour is what makes this one so nice, I think that would only deminish.
