Are Jays games all on Sportsnet? Me and my antenna won't be watching I guess :( Yup. Literally every single game. EDIT: Regular season game, that is. Once we hit the playoffs things might change! If you have a Rogers account for anything (Cell, Cable or Internet) you should be able to get the Roger...

Re: 2013 Toronto Blue Jays Season Opener Tonight
Anyone else sick of all the speculation and predictions? It's going to be great to finally talk about the actual standings and on field performance of this team. So here we go, season opener tonight. What will you be drinking?? My choice is a selection of IPA's. I'm pumped. I'm heading to the game....

2. I'd echo Belgian's note about complexity. This centennial is very complex and I'd say the malt backbone helps too. Maybe that's why I love rye IPAs (and ESBs, and pale ales) so much - it's a malt that can really add to the juiciness of hops. Malt complexity can be nice. Had a SN Ruthless Rye IPA...

The key word is intense. In the last week, I drank a Big Sky IPA and Maui Big Swell IPA. Both are fresh and tasty as can be, but they don't clobber you over the head with intense flavours and aromas. So they hover in that 3.75-4.0 range on beeradvocate. What are a few that are as close to perfect a...

Single Hop IPAs
So I tried Founders Centennial IPA last night and really enjoyed it. It really showcases centennial hops like crazy... and it got me thinking about single hop beers. I have a few questions: 1. What's your favorite single hop beer? I've had La Vache Folle (Simcoe and Columbus) as well as just one of ...

So for anyone interested... the difference between the Danstar BRY-97 and US-05 was pretty noticeable. The BRY-97 is supposed to flocculate really quickly but I'm not sure it did. This version definitely has some yeast bite. It was fermented around 64-65, and bottled directly from primary after 3 we...

Your posts grow increasingly useless. 1. this is an open website. people opine. if you want to know from the brewer, either specify in your post or send him a private message. 2. what's more useless? my post or your blog in your sig, which was last updates 2.5 years ago if you can't post in a civil...
