Hey folks! The Quelque Chose camping experiment went quite nicely...unfortunately no burning embers or blinded by popping cork stories to report though. I simply heated the open bottle in a single pot over the fire, wasn't even boiling hot....about 6-7 minutes I think, and it was toasty warm...proba...

I find it troubling that the interest / demand for good quality beer seems to be increasing, thanks to sites like this, and an increasing amount of press.
