I'm kind of surprised at the love that Molson Stock Ale's getting in this thread.

Does anyone know what's going on with the Rogue? It seems to be appearing in stores, but it's not even in the LCBO database yet.

Tread lightly. Last time i was in the "belle" provence, I received less than spectacular treatment because I didn't speak French. I was so shocked because it is so close to Ottawa, but the ignorance is everywhere apparently. My brother likes telling the story of how he went into a patisse...

I actually like the low abv. Makes it good for when I feel like a lunchtime beer but don't want to have to take a nap afterward.

I'm not a fan of the St. Peter's Organic, but I definitely like this one. Not very hoppy, (although it's come after the Young's Double Chocolate, Brooklyn Lager, and the new nitro Bass, so my hop taste buds are likely off), but it's got a great sweet, grainy finish. Greenish bottles, so don't expect...

Decent beer. Not as chocolatey as I'd hoped. I SWEAR I pick up notes of bacon in the flavour. Seriously.

I was pleasantly surprised by this one as well. Probably best of these gimmicky fruit beers that the LCBO has ever brought in. Seconded. I could see myself sitting in my back yard, killing a few dozen of these on a sunny summer afternoon. That is, if I had a back yard. Or the money to buy four doze...

Some great Ontario micro-brewed alternatives chock full of hoppy goodness include: Millstreet Tankhouse Ale County Durham Signature Ale Wellington Arkell Best Bitter Route 666 Pale Ale Scotch-Irish Sgt Major's IPA Mmmmmmm!! Decent beers but they don't hold a candle IMHO to ST IPA. I find the Durham...
