That's a good question. I hadn't thought of anything else yet beyond initially a pale ale based either off my honey tangerine or galaxy hop recipes. Off the top of my head... Maybe trying a faux berliner weisse again. Should do well with the flavour. Despite a recommended 11% share of the grain bil...

While I'm impatiently waiting for blood oranges I picked up some honey tangerines and made a very nice honey tangerine pale ale. The fruit is there just enough to notice but not dominate while the hops sneak in at the end. I am very happy with this one. :D I'm looking forward to blood oranges too. ...

In Toronto, sooner rather than later breweries making mediocre products and relying on 'being local' will start to struggle. Especially with the influx of Stone, Sierra Nevada, brewdog, etc. The beers that are apparently coming in from these guys are not world beaters, but are going to draw a lot of...

What are your guys' thoughts on Hop Shots/Hop Jizz? Is it worth the extra money? I'm assuming you get the right bitterness but do you notice anything improved in the final product? Only good for when you're doing giant IBU beers to cutdown on the organic matter in the kettle? Apparently it gives a ...

G&P No Longer Sell to Homebrewers
Just got this reply:
"I have sad news for you - we are no longer able to sell to home brewers as we are not a retailer."
This is some shit. I usually just go down by myself and grab a few sacks as I need them, but is this going to affect group buys also?

I always get it from this place:
http://www.brewbrothers.biz/Hop-JizzTM
Their shipping is half the cost of Yakima Valley's and to me the 5ml size is most convenient.
Now if anyone knows a good source for cans of hop extract that isn't yakima valley, that would be awesome.
