Re: Pint Pursuits, St. Thomas, Ont
Unfortunately this beer has turned into a huge hit and miss for me. I love it but at least half the cans I have purchased have had mass amounts of particulate in them. I know it's unfiltered and uses a Vermont yeast that doesn't settle very well but that doesn't explain the inch of sediment I had in...

Still haven't seen any O'Hara's hit shelves yet. Wife says it's constantly showing back order. My hope is fading that it's actually going to arrive. That is excellent news, you've just made my day.

Re: Ransack the universe
I'd still take a headstock over a Ransack but it's all in all not a bad beer. headstock hasn't been the same since they moved production to hamilton... in fact, I find ransack to be much more like "golden era" headstock than headstock is itself! I'm not sure if the brewer still works with...

Re: Half Hours on Earth
It's probably a good thing they are so far from me because I'd probably become a permanent fixture at the bottle shop lol. You can order their beers online, and they'll ship to you via Canada Post. Perhaps even more dangerous! I heard that last night. If your order is 12 beers or more it'll only $1...

Half Hours on Earth
I'm surprised there isn't a thread opened about this brewery yet. The hype is huge and growing around this brewery. I had the pleasure of helping to review 4 of their beers last night on the Albino Rhino Beer Review and I was very impressed with each offering. If you get a chance to try their Yalla ...

Life Sentence IIIPA 2016 (Southern Hemisphere) will be released tomorrow at the GLB Looking forward to trying this. Quite enjoyed last years version. You guys have any plans to make some NE style IPA's like Trillium or Treehouse in the near future?!? I'd love to see them venture into this style as ...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
Completely agreed on that front, I really wish we had more 355 ml cans here- does anyone in Ontario apart from Steamwhistle even pack in this format? Tooth and Nail in Ottawa sells 355ml cans out of the brewpub, it's great. I was surprised when I saw it but enjoyed them. All of my glasses are big e...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
Is this the beginning of market saturation? Too many choices, brewers selling less as more and other options become available. Mix that with rising hop costs and it sounds like saturation is beginning.

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
I think the only gouging talk was about Collective Arts IIPA and I'm my opinion that talk is warranted. $6 a king is a bit steep. Defend it all you want but I'm already not a huge fan of Collective Arts and this wont help me buy their product any more. However I do hope they change my mind with this...

Still no stock showing yet, looking forward to trying It's in now. Not sure where you are but I just got 2 cans from the Oakwood store in Niagara Falls. Still not showing stock on the website. Not sure how it can be in the system to sell, but not visible in inventory. It almost always shows in stoc...
