Re: Witchstock
I was at the first session. I agree with others that the additional tickets didn't negatively impact the event. It was awesome to be able to spend time around all the brewing equipment. I was speaking with one of the brewers at Burdock and he was saying that a lot of the local places weren't as busy...

Re: LCBO Summer Craft Beer Release 2017
Wow, if Dupont is $2.75 that would be incredible. It'll be time to stock up.

Oh my goodness. This is such tragic and terrible news. In my interactions with Peter I found him to be nothing but professional and friendly. I am sorry for his family. It will be a difficult Christmas for them.
Thanks Peter for everything you did.

Re: Beer in Grocery Stores
This past weekend I saw Exchange Brewery Session Saison at the Loblaws on Eastman in Etobicoke. I didn't see the price, but it was certainly a nice surprise.

Re: What're you drinking right now?
Great Lakes Life Sentence. Wow. I think that this years version might be an improvement over last year. This is by far the most pleasantly fragrant IPA I've ever had. And, I feel like the taste actually matches the smell, which for me is a rarity. I wish they made this all year. It's all I would dri...

I've ordered from Peter 3-4 times and never had an issue. Sounds like a frustrating situation.

Re: Great Lakes
They had both versions of Thrust on tap, side by side. I tried them both, and the only difference I noticed was that the Vermont version was a bit smoother. I really couldn't detect any differences in the taste or smell. But, perhaps I'm not refined enough to taste the difference. Still, it was grea...

Re: Great Lakes
I stopped in the retail store today. The ghost pepper stout was very enjoyable. Not as spicy as I would have imagined. Apparently they put only the pepper skin into the brewing process rather than the actual peppers. Might have been interesting to have had some of the peppers in it. Still, I thought...

This is terribly sad, disappointing news. Does Dupont every show up across the border at premiere gourmet etc?

Can't see a ticket price, aside from the membership fee. Any idea how much that is?
