Many, many excellent choices but let's go with 2: Rhyme & Reason PA and Nickel Brook's Kiangoi. R&R because it's a great expression of this particular style, and Kiangoi because it was the first beer I've had in ages that actually seemed truly unique and different. Ironically these beers are...

I had a great time. I was planning on quitting this crawl and heading to Volo after 8 but I was having so much fun I stayed right through to the end. Thanks to KBC and 3030 for the hospitality. If you've not checked out 3030 before it is worth the trip! Lots of great taps and six pinball machines. ...

Pretty weak, alarmist garbage. •Saturation. Same argument we've been hearing for 20 years in the States - if not more - and I've never been convinced. •Falling consumption. I suspect the craft beer segment is driving an overall decrease in consumption. Already noted somewhere in this thread is the i...

I like your cans, to be honest. If you're also adding a bottle, wouldn't you want to go 650 ml to differentiate them a bit from the 473 ml can? Agreed. Unless the bottles are replacing rather than in addition to the cans. I should clarify that we're definitely sticking with cans at the LCBO, with t...

I like your cans, to be honest. If you're also adding a bottle, would you want to go 650 ml to differentiate them a bit from the 473 ml can? We're talking about bottles that will be sold exclusively at the brewery retail store. The new facility will focus on brewing a wide variety of beer rather th...

We've been debating the use of 500ml v. 650ml bottles for quite some time. We still haven't quite decided what we want to do at our new facility. Thoughts on these two formats?

There may be a little tiny bit of High Maintenance left. It's a pretty heavy Belgian-style strong ale with grape must and plums (8.5% abv).

Many thanks to those who braved the unusual weather yesterday to celebrate our 2nd anniversary. The collaborations were pretty rad. Credit to Great Lakes, Indie, Sawdust, Bar Hop and Silversmith for hosting us and creating some wicked brews together with Dave.

Cheers!
