None has made it my way.
order online & deliver to local store (free)
11 cans will put you over the $50 order minimum (or combine with other stuff you can't get locally)

Re: LCBO Winter Release 2017

Speaking of.....I've been keeping it under my hat for a while, but their pricing is fucked. For instance, BTP pink fuzz is listed on the shelf at 3.50, rings in at 3.01. I'm not sure what the standard lcbo price for this is, but I assume probably more than 3.01. CA ransack the universe shelf price ...

LCBO is only interested in co-op advertising (ie the producer/agent pays for the promotion)

Re: A Night with Hill Farmstead & Radical Road

Yeah, I assumed the latter as well...and it doesn't bother me at all. Not too familiar with the finer points of Ontario booze laws but someone pointed out earlier today on twiter that the latter practice is illegal - i.e. they cannot sell bottles they "brought back" from a trip to another...

Re: A Night with Hill Farmstead & Radical Road

Strange event. I wonder if this is actually sanctioned by Hill Farmstead, or if RR is simply selling pours of bottles it bought. I would hope the former, but it just seems so odd. Ren This suggest the latter: We brought bac k a very limited amount of highly sought-after beers to include in our tast...

Re: Coming Soon to the LCBO

that Breakfast Stout label seems a bit off...

... oh, yeah, its Ontario ... wouldn't want to advertise beer in baby's porridge instead of milk. Might upset the dairy board ...

but its ok for Nickelbrook to objectify women to sell beer ...

Re: Coming Soon to the LCBO

If there’s a bottle limit at Summerhill then why wouldn’t there be a bottle limit online? Has this been confirmed? Or are you just assuming that the LCBO will for some reason have the good sense to set a limit (like the brewery itself did)? Not trying to be rude; I honestly didn't see any limit men...

Re: LCBO Winter Release 2017

some of the Christmas gift packs (Chimay and Sapporo) have already arrived at my local LCBO. It's becoming an annual tradition, the Christmas beers hitting shelves before much of the fall release. I wonder. Are these the 2016 Xmas release just arriving now? Wait no - I got a 2017 Fullers Vintage Al...

Re: Do individual LCBO stores have sales?

yes I don't usually look for markdowns on beer (usually these sales are for slow moving items, and I'm not keen of stale beer) but have picked up very good deals on whisky in the past. Markdowns are 20-30 % off. However, frequency has declined considerably over the past couple years. These markdowns...
