I don't get the appeal of Duggan's. The Asian Lager and Stout are decent. The rest that I have had are mostly meh and didn't inspire me to want to explore any further offerings. The serving sizes are comical. The number nine doesn't do a thing for me. The food was merely okay. I had bad service both...

Stopped in for a pre-dinner pint last night after a six-ish month absence and thought I'd give this thread a bump. I picked up some Gemini and Panil today. According to the little white sticker affixed to the Gemini it is an "extra strong beer". That was a new one for me. I don't think I've ever noticed these stickers as ever being anything beyond strong. The Panil OTOH has "extra strong beer"...

That sucks. Admittedly I only bought about a dozen or so of these a year, but I have a soft spot for Anchor and always hoped we'd seem more from them, not less.

This is the highlight of the spring release for me. It's a bastard to pour in one shot though. I bought 18 and I'll be going back for more soon. It is beer crack.

There's some at the Manulife LCBO. My girlfriend picked some up for me and said there were a few boxes of Hophead there.
