Had it last night at the Black Tomato and was mildly disappointed. It would be a stretch to compare this to DFH and ST IPA... more of an IPA or PA in the British style. It tasted like Corporal Punishment but with less flavor and more bitterness. Overall, a decent beer but nothing to get excited about.

foam wine shipper?!?! i go on lots of trips down south and bring back about 20 bottles of beer (all sizes) per trip in my luggage using nothing more than dollar store kitchen garbage bags and my clothes. After hauling more than 300 bottles back I'm convinced that beer bottles are indestructible. 10 ...

I usually love Rogue but I thought the Brutal Bitter was mediocre at best and the Kell's was swill. Green Tea was really nice and looking forward to more. Skipped everything else except the Orval because I either have it in my beer stockpile or wasn't worth my time/money. I'm embarrassed to say but ...

I'll back up mjohnston on effects of the BGB. I had a bottle after dinner and it felt closer to 7.5% abv. Not that I care either way... 5.5 or 7.5, it's still a solid beer and would order again from R+R.

In regards to Rogue, the demand so far has been less than a pallet...not worth our while or the brewery's. Sorry to be short, but the paperwork costs more than the profits. Fact is, unless people step up and demand this product, we're not going to waste time on bringing in a hanful of cases to sati...
