I find it troubling that the interest / demand for good quality beer seems to be increasing, thanks to sites like this, and an increasing amount of press. Unfortunately, at the same time, we've got those who control the supply of beer working in the opposite direction. I can't think of a CAN of beer...

Can't comment on the altbier, but agree with lister, the Wunder Weisse is fantastic on draught. Believe I had it at Beer Bistro last year if not mistaken. Bottle version was sub-par though. Looking forward to warmer weather and more wheat / session beers!

Is there anything new at Beer Bistro to be aware of?
Haven't been for a couple months, but will be dropping by at least once next week.
