Anyone else disapointed with Un*Earthly?
I've had this beer a number of times on tap and in bottle and I've always enjoyed it. The order I got with R&R, I found it to be a sweet and malty train wreck with zero hop aroma (All I got was bubblegum?!). I felt it was somewhere between a barley wine and an IIPA, but with none of the charm of...

Southern Tier 2XIPA
Thanks to R&R for the order! Pours a clear golden with a creamy white head. Aroma is of grapefruit and sugary breakfast cereal. Taste is sweet with some spicy hops in the finish. Very smooth and crisp. Could use a bit more hop aroma, but this is one refreshing IIPA. I'd reach for one to slake a ...

A few of the ST imperials need to be treated as desserts, and this is definitely one of them. Still the best pumpkin beer I've ever had.notdan wrote:I admit that I had to share this when I tried it last year, as a whole bottle was getting to be a bit much, but it was damn tasty.Bonesey wrote:All hail Pumking!

This 3724 is similar or the same as the strain for saison Dupont from what I've read. It must be a mutant or not a traditional farmhouse strain, as I find it hard to believe Southern Belgian cellars get to 80-90F in the fall (or any time of the yr for that matter). I guess I knew what I was getting ...

Re: Problem with Ontario Market
People ask me what I've got that's new, and my reply is how many new customers have you got for me??? So start talking us up to your friends and co-workers. Ken That's your response to customers? "What have you got for me?" I think that's dreadfully backward business philosophy. If I wax ...
