Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Aging Beer
Can somebody tell if you can age beer? I've read about some people keeping La Fin du Monde for a couple of years so the taste evolves a bit. I'm assuming it can be done, but can it be done with any beer?

Unfortunately, Ontario stops at London, so no DFH for me in Windsor. I've been checking the LCBO website for weeks no sign of DFH in Windsor. I asked at the LCBO, they said they were not getting any and no one there was any help in trying to order any. I make one whiny comment about not getting any...

I am hoping some of you on this site can answer a couple of questions for me. First is there any place to order St. Barnadus, Rochefort, or any other hard to find beers? My local LCBO said no, I am hoping they are wrong. Also, are there any good beer stores in the Detroit area? Thanks
