My carbonation levels have been hit or miss lately. I figure that since I am dry hopping now more by the time it gets to the bottle there is not enough yeast left in suspension + yeast is old to properly carbonate the bottle. I am thinking next bottling I want to pitch a small amount of fresh yeast....

I ordered from Mashing Heads a while back. The shipment never arrived. No replies to any emails. Eventually I looked up the owner via whois.sc. Spoke to someone, but informed she no longer ran the website. Contacted the number she gave me. Again no reply. Ended up having to make a dispute with Paypa...
