Well, for sure I am popping one of my DeuS Brut since it is new years. Also a bottle of Chimay Grande Reserve from '05. And depending on how the nights goes, I have a few bottles of Gouden Carolus Blue that I havn't touched in a year.

I've had both the triple and quad in bottle form, and on tap. Really go between the two versions is like night and day. I really prefer the bottle form for both beers because I find the beers much more complex.

Perhaps I need to develop some friends there. Or we could as a forum host an "Authentic Belgian Beer Festival," invite them, and see what kind of beer goodies they bring along! The only problem with that of course being that it would all have to be imported through the LCBO... I'm pretty ...

I find Ottawa a good middle ground for trips out of the province. My saving grace is generally when I head to Calgary or Vancouver for work and end up packing a suitcase full of goodies.
