maybe those hokey ads with Phil Esposito are finally getting some traction and translating into consumer sales. Rather than piss on the old BS, i'd like to know who the poor sod is that discovered this?

now I feel like a sucker paying 6 euros for a Westmalle chalice in Brussels and lugging it to Paris before I came back home. That won't stop me from buying a couple more though, its a beatiful glass.

What about a buy/sell/trade forum?

Would it be legal to have a buy/sell/trade forum for small quantities? Or just a trade forum where bartoweler's can trade a few bottles of their overstock or beers they bought too many of but are no longer fond of for something else?

I'm glad we'll be getting some of the St. Peter's Cream Stout. The first time I had it was in London a few years ago, and have picked up some additional bottles from my travels to Buffalo and Detroit. Glad I can pick some up locally for a short while.

On my excursions to Buffalo I've noticed that I've been asked to pay duty on my purchases (including those from Premiere) more often when I cross back from the Queenston/Lewiston bridge than the Rainbow bridge. I've declared every time, even when I come back with 26 bottles between myself and my gf....

is there any other info on this? I've tried looking for a website for this event but nothing show's up other than the city of toronto page. Sounds interesting since I was at Starfish the other night (had a Churchkey Liftlock and a St Andre Vienna Lager). Any idea what they'll be pouring, or sizes, o...

thank you for all the excellent suggestions, I've tried to note everything I can. I'll wander around the Grand Palace a few times just in case I miss anything, will also definitely be visiting a few cafes and taking in the day-to-day belgian life. Bruges is on the maybe list right now depending on h...

I'd definitely make some room in my suitcase if I can secure some Westvleteren (a pair of underwear is good for 4 days, no?) or any other brew thats hard to get this side of the pond.
