Re: Non-Alcoholic Beer
Adnams - hard to tell the difference between alcohol and non-alcohol versions. Hard to find. Anybody try any US brewery non-alcohol versions. Saw some last time in the States but the prices weren't great! Anyone know if there has there been a re-order of the Adnams ghost ship NA, or is it just remn...

Re: Non-Alcoholic Beer
I’ve been drinking a lot of the NA beers lately as well. I too enjoyed the Stay Classy, and Jelly King was quite good as well. The Athletic ipa is pretty solid. There was an either Omnipollo of Mikkeler(I can’t remember which) ipa which was available at the LCBO, which probably had the closed body t...

Re: Breweries closing and/or restructuring and/or bought out
Instead of starting a new thread for each brewery we hear in the news closing or otherwise that don't already have a thread dedicated to them, I thought I'd just start up a general one. MacLean’s Ales Closes Brewery & Moves Production to The Collingwood Brewery https://www.canadianbeernews.com/...

Re: Breweries closing and/or restructuring and/or bought out
I found this, posted 2 days ago: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-commercial-office-space/guelph/turn-key-brewery-for-lease-in-guelph/1674405674 This is the space Fixed Gear took over from StoneHammer (the original brewer of MacLean's, funny enough). So I don't know if Fixed Gear has left or what's going on...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
Made a random LCBO stop today and I was pleasantly surprised to see a St Ambroise barrel aged imperial Porter.
I’ve always been a fan of their RIS, but havn't seen it for a while.

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
I was able to buy Fullers Vintage 2023 this past weekend at the LCBO on Innes in Ottawa. Also I spotted this on the LCBO website, a possible Christmas pack? https://www.lcbo.com/en/westmalle-gift-pack-3-glass-34145 Wow that’s very early for the vintage. Earliest I remeber seeing any of the holiday ...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
Happy to read that St Bernardus Xmas Ale is getting listed again.
Hopefully it’s a sign of things to come and maybe the return of more winter warmer style beers for the holiday season

Fairweather Donna, but I've found it varies batch to batch anywhere from 'pretty good' to 'world class' I agree with this 100%. —Bellwoods Bellweiser is the local option I find myself drinking most often and I think it’s great. Vim and vigor is top notch also. I havnt had it for a couple years, but...

A can of GLB Karma Citra that’s tasting great. I bought a couple of the Karma 4pack they had during the early summer, and this Karma Citra is tasting much better than the ones in the pack I think. For that matter, it’s tasting better than it has the past couple of years. That old pine-y bitter finis...

Re: London, England pubs
I am reviving an old thread, as I am currently in London, England. Since I am staying in SOHO downtown, there are plenty of pubs with an excellent selection of beer, including cask ales often. I won't ask for recommendations as there are lots of decent pubs. It is first time here, and the beer cult...
