Ya, I thought it may have been a mistake too since at the St Lawrence Market location it has the price tag of the Duchy Originals Organic Ale. I tried a bottle and found some weird metallic flavour to it (though maybe it is just me).

Hey guys first post, long time lurker. I'm headed down tonight and I've always wondered how much I can bring back over the border legally.. we'll be down for about 30 hours.. There is no amount you can bring back to Canada under 48 hours in the US. It isn't "illegal" to bring beer though,...

Can someone confirm whether the Black Oak event at Volo is Wednesday or Thursday? It says Wednesday above (as well as in an e-mail from them), but on their Facebook and on the Toronto Beer Week page it says it is Thursday.

There's only one of them (you can probably guess, sadly...) that I wouldn't consider buying I don't know why, but I decided to buy the Trafalgar Smoked Oatmeal Stout because it was next to the Devil Pale Ale that I went in for. It was awful. A little bit sour, but zero taste of either smoke or an o...

I think this might be the regular Beer Geek Brunch. Not the Weasel version.
The regular Beer Geek Brunch is the weasel version. The other one is called Beer Geek Breakfast.

I agree with a lot of other suggestions in this thread, but one regular for me is Ithica Flower Power IPA. One of my favourite IPA's and it isn't expensive.

Wychwood Wychcraft and Cannery Blackberry Porter were at Queen's Quay today, even if they aren't on the LCBO website (same with Great Lakes Pumpkin from Halloween release). On a sad note, it seems the whole beer section is shrinking. One shelf that previously was beer is now liquor. On the plus side...

If anyone wants to split cases with me, let me know. I'm most interested in Brunch, Black Islay and 1000 IBU, but willing for others.

Just posted my review of this beer on BA. I can't believe the entire keg went in one day! Great show of support for this brewery and Chancey Smith's. I'm curious as to how the beer performed at other bars. Any spots that didn't manage to push the full keg? Beau's posted this on Facebook today: We k...

While it sucks either way, it is good to know the issue is that they didn't have enough capacity to keep supplying 60 min and it isn't that Ontario doesn't drink enough IPA.

Ran 10km for the first time in my life, so rewarding myself with a bomber of BORIS The Crusher... probably more calories than I burned on the run, but man, it is delicious. I can't wait to crack the barrel aged BORIS I have now. Nevermind the f'n calories man. Enjoy your fucking beer! Cheers! :) :)...

Re: consulting eye-rolling emoticon, deciding it's too retar

Apparently Len has never experienced Kozlik's mustard in the St Laurence Market. This is ALL craft mustard in about 100 varieties (samples available for the tickers) and you realize how evil French's really is. Ohh I like good mustard, and I learned a lot from the thread. But its funny how m...
