Of those listed, I'd be interested in: *Corsendonk Christmas *Bush Ambree Verboden Vrucht *Floreffe Dubbel *Achel 8 Rochefort 8 Maredsous 8 (or 10) The four marked with an (*) are in common with at least one other person. I will also be flexible if it is necessary to make up case amounts, particular...

Joe, Publican and Greg: As Greg said, if we can get a listing from Peter at Esprit, we can work out what everyone would like. We would need to know the number of bottles in each case as well to be sure we would have whole case totals. The only "problems" I foresee are that for Greg and Pub...

Joe,

I agree with your thoughts about buying mixed cases from Esprit. Is there some way that we could organize some sort of split with 3 or 4 people so that full cases can be ordered, but each person would get 4-6 bottles out of each case?

I would certainly be interested in such a plan.

For anyone who likes Lag 16 I'd strongly suggest buying it in any province other than Ontario. For some mysterious reason the LCBO charges $89+ for it whereas the Quebec SAQ charges only $62 for the same product. Jon, It's too bad they can't deliver to Ontario. I like the Lag 16, and would be happy...

It would be nice, since some of us are infrequently in Toronto, if someone could post the new beer menu here for all to see. Prices aren't necessary, but seeing the available selection would be great. In fact, it would be great to see the beer menu from Smokeless Joe's as well. I realize the selecti...

Joe: I don't know if McChouffe's is available at other LCBO locations, but if you're still taking the beer course at Brock, you can pick up McChouffe 750mL for (I think, $3.95) at the Grantham Plaza LCBO on Scott/Vine in St. Catharines. Not the greatest, but I think it's worth the $3.95. There were ...

I had a few bottles from the Burlington LCBO (Appleby line?) last year that I really enjoyed. I was disappointed that I couldn't find any more. Maybe I was lucky that I had to quit while I was ahead!

Esprit: Sorry to hear you folks are thinking of getting out of the consignment business. If I could get what I wanted, I wouldn't hesitate to use it. Any idea what constitutes a reasonable sized order for a brewery like Boon? It seems to me that the Boon Lambics that didn't sell well were the Kriek ...

Esprit: Is Cantillon available through Esprit Agencies? If so, what are the cost, and minimum order requirements? I didn't see it listed on the consignment program page. Have there been any additions or changes to what is listed on the consigment page? Cass: Thanks for the Smokeless Joe's tip. I'll ...

Thanks everyone for the replies! Joe: I was thinking that Premier may be my only hope. After seeing Lyle's comments, I guess I'll have to wait and see. Lyle: I will await your reply as to whether you will get any more Boon Gueuze at Premier. Is there anything you'd suggest as 'similar'? I was pretty...

Hi all, After stocking up the last time Vintages brought in the Boon Lambics, I'm down to my last bottle of Gueuze. I made it back to the Bayview LCBO a few months after I made my initial purchase, but it was already gone. Ditto with Queens Quay. A few questions about this: How can I get more? Has a...
