Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

Is there anything I can answer or help with in the meantime? Are you planning to enter the competition as well? I...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
I'd rather hear people discuss why they think a brewery sucks or is average than just saying "I don't like Pilsners therefore LoB sucks". What do you not like about these beers? Off flavours, balance issues? Otherwise I'm just prone to think that all these opinions are based on biases agai...

If you are going to the Brooklyn Brewshop way, I would suggest you get it from Toronto Brewing. Will be much fresher there than at Home Hardware or Chapters...

Re: What're you brewing right now?
Looks great, have a fresh wit that I'm trying to decide between doing a short secondary on either peaches/apricots or Blackberries Does it have much corriander flavour? If so I would vote peach/apricot. Since the dark fruit of the blackberry much clash with the phenol character of the seed. Plus pe...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS
I spotted the new Red Racer Reign of Hops 12-pack at the Liberty Village TBS. The Pale and ISA were brewed in February and the IPA was brewed in early March. Needless to say, I passed. WTF! Does Central City not care about their product? Yay for stale, intended to be hoppy, product. :x I'm sure thi...

I put together a homebrew competition event calendar of sorts for GTA Brews. I thought it might be of some use to people on here as well:

Re: Canadian Brewing Awards 2015
Then again the fact that Molson Coors managed two medals makes me wonder about the whole competition entirely. Don't be surprised that Molson is good at making clean easy drinking lagers, it's what they do and what they have spent millions of $$ doing. I had a can of Coors Light a couple months ago...

Re: AHA Conference San Diego
I'll be heading down as well with a few other local Toronto homebrewers. It's my first time going to NHC so I'm really excited. Heading down Saturday to make a week out of it before the conference starts.
Good to meet you again last night Cass!
