The only people I ever bash are the Volo people....they're in it for the money, not the love of beer. There's some stiff competition, no doubt, but this is the most patently absurd statement I have ever seen on BarTowel. Getting two done this weekend - a lambic and a gose with applewood smoked sea salt. Ran out of rice hulls so not sure how the gose is going to go tomorrow…

I would be thoroughly excited if either of those made an appearance in cans on LCBO shelves some time in the future...

My first sour is nearing the one year mark so I don't know if I have any pearls of wisdom to share but The Mad Fermentationist was one of my research starting points, as well as some of the boards on HomeBrew Talk.

I live across the street and shop at the retail store frequently as they usually have 1-2 rotators available and fresh stock of stalwarts like Boneshaker and Fracture. The pub is fine and I sometimes go there to catch a game and try a couple new beers, but the rotators on tap are typically the same...

Stayed at the Stagecoach in Waterbury, great experience there and wicked close to the main spots. Not much else to add there that hasn't been said.
