I didn't keep it for aging deliberately, but I pulled one of these from the back of the fridge earlier this week and I too was impressed. In fact, I enjoyed it even more that when it was new.

Hobgoblin and Nutcracker during the evening. Didn't feel much like beer as the clock ticked down, so I switched over to a couple of small batch bourbons.

I'm not creative enough to come up with anything on my own, but my favourites mentioned so far are: Hopaholic, Hopsex, Hoptacular and Hopsmack (although Beer Advocate has a retired beer with this name). Of those four, I'd bet that Hoptacular is the only one that would have a hope of getting by the ...

Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence. From what I've read a lot of people prefer the Young's Double Chocolate to this. I think they're the same people who prefer milk chocolate to dark. Heathens. Tried this a while back and I was totally underwhelmed by the whole beer; found it very difficult to get any c...

Good news about more of the 40 coming. I was at the Atrium on Bay around noon today and asked about it. The staffer knew about it and said she didn't have to look to see if it was in stock because she had just recently checked for another customer. Someone fron here, perchance? My wife was at Cooper...

(ahem) settle for Expedition or Oak Aged Yeti.

While I was gonna mention a couple IPA's I tend to burnout on them if I drink the same ones all the time.
Ditto on the Yeti, or Avery The Czar.
