Had a great lunch at Three Floyds, i won't bore you with the gory details of how much is now sitting on the floor of my kitchen awaiting my drinking attention. Nothing says tailgating like passing around a growler of Alpha King, then walking into Toyota Park to discover they pour Lagunitas IPA at th...

No no, there is still a solid supply to be worked through, the problem is, i have been deciding what i want and putting it in the fridge upon arrival home...

We had no power in Bloor West from 6ish until 12:30 or so in the morning. Which made getting to sleep a hideous sweaty humid sticky experience, made all the worse by the fact that i had no beer in the fridge and had been planning on selecting and chilling something when i got home last night. Fortun...

I like Steam Whistle. I have always thought it was a very solid pilsner, great for summer backyard BBQ's, Lawnmower Beer Use, and general all around relaxation when you just want a fairly well made beer that is better than a macro. The Railroad advertising theme doesn't hurt that it hits one of my o...

So after the initial creation of the account, they have no effect on the site, they just sit there doing nothing. Other than making the memberlist a PITA to search through... Yeah, that was one of my thoughts as well Jer. Glad I am not the only one who feels this way! Yes, but i hardly think asking...

Re: C'EST WHATTITUDE...

From the Great Lakes Blog - yesterday: We had a couple left over casks that we didn't tap, so the fine folks at C'est What agreed to put them on for those who didn't make it down to the Festival of Beer (or those who couldn't get enough). Both our Superior IPA and Pumpkin Ale should be on tap today...

The brewery is easy to reach by transit. Its near a GO Station, and you can take the number 15 bus from Royal York Station, which will take about 10 minutes. We'll definitely be back for each one from now on. 15 or 76 (not 76B though) bus from Royal York. I had a good time, I took a few pictures, n...

Enjoying a six of Black Oak Summer Saison after a visit to Ken at the Brewery today. Tasty in bottles as it was on draught and cask last weekend.

Saving the other six i bought for BCTC in two weeks in case i can't get out to the brewery for more before then.
