to those of you who have tried the Curmudgeon once and not found it spectacular please try it again but first know this is the most layered, complex IPA ive ever tasted and try a bottled version at just below room temp.

ive never had a bad homebrewed beer but ive never had good home made wine. as other have said filling one of your fermenting vessels with wine for a few years just means multiple batches of beer were not occupying the same space.
