I don't really have any other IPAs to add to this list. These are all excellent and good examples of what we have to offer. However, while I do love the IPAs that have been listed and seek them out often for my own drinking when I'm not brewing my own, this was also my first thought: But honestly, i...

I did take the time to visit Half Pints Brewery for a tour. Dave is the brewmaster there and he took a good chunk of time with me personally ...

A friend of mine in Cleveland Heights just notified me of this place in the neighbourhood: http://www.thewinespotonline.com/ https://www.facebook.com/TheHeightsWineSpot It's not obvious to me whether it's a pub/wine bar or whether it's a retail outlet. A few comments on the fb page indicate the craf...

I think Melt is good any time of the day. I was in for lunch and had to work in the afternoon so only had one pint but I ...

Use both and average them out? Isn't that what we did today with our pre-boil readings? The other solution I use is: Did you end up with beer? Mmmmmm... beer. 13.8% vs 15.4%? Try two pints and then see if you care what the actual reading is. LOL Sorry, just being my normally useless and quasi-witty ...

New brewing blog
Wasn't sure whether to post this in Random Talk or here in Homebrewing but since this is primarily about Homebrewing I'll post here... I figured that since I brew fairly often and end up talking about brewing fairly often I would try writing about it fairly often as well. I started a brewing blog to...
