I'd rather hear people discuss why they think a brewery sucks or is average than just saying "I don't like Pilsners therefore LoB sucks". What do you not like about these beers? Off flavours, balance issues? Otherwise I'm just prone to think that all these opinions are based on biases agai...

Then again the fact that Molson Coors managed two medals makes me wonder about the whole competition entirely. Don't be surprised that Molson is good at making clean easy drinking lagers, it's what they do and what they have spent millions of $$ doing. I had a can of Coors Light a couple months ago...

I'll be heading down as well with a few other local Toronto homebrewers. It's my first time going to NHC so I'm really excited. Heading down Saturday to make a week out of it before the conference starts.
