Just to clarify, that ``peach'' coffee beer is Peche Mortel. Without the accents, it looks like the french word for peach. It actually translates as mortal (deadly) sin. Although I kinda like the idea of a deadly peach.

Personally, I thought the Wellington Russian Imperial Stout went marvelously with that quebec blue cheese, and the cheddar went well with the camerons hopburn.
