Agreed. I like Cruiser but the Red Racer takes the cake.

Driving around in circles in a billboard wasting gas. How 21st century. Actually, the IndyCars use oxygen and hydrogen -- not gasoline. Thus, the vapours they produce are none other than good ol H20. Noise pollution? Now that's another story... As one who lives a hop, skip and a jump from th...

Re: The Craft Brasserie & Grille

I dropped in with a friend last night and it was pretty quiet. Started with Arrogant Bastard and moved through the menu, which can take awhile. So yes, I suppose 16oz pours aren't a particularly bad choice with so many options. The beers tasted pretty fresh, but we wondered how they could sustain fr...

Nice: Walking distance for me, huge beer list.
Not nice: 16 oz pours. That sucks.

"Duggans Parkdale and Lansdowne Brewery...just north of Parkdale...competition is fierce in the area now." I was up at Lansdowne Brewery a couple of weeks ago as my brother is doing some work there. It's a nice room in an old candy factory, and I'm looking forward to what Jeremy brews. Int...

Hi Roland + Russell, How are you? I sincerely appreciate your continued facilitation of Southern Tier product availability in the Ontario marketplace. Recently, I have not seen any fresh 6 packs of their IPA. Latest bottling I'm seeing on LCBO shelves is mid summer. I ordered a bottle at Bier Markt...

375? Nope - 800, but I own the rest of the house too!

I like it in theory but I'm dubious about how the 20 metres is going to be enforced by bar owners. Although I guess the insufferable dickbags I shoulder through outside Jack Astors at Front and Church can now head into the alley beside C'est What and stand in years of dried piss while they light up.

Wow. I've been using that new Lickbo website to find 2 beers: Pumking and Funnel Blower. FB was listed at 1 store (Spadina) and Pumking-NOWHERE. Tried the "food and drink" link and voila, they're both everywhere. What piece of shit is that new website.

The others I was thinking of were robohop (this years, I didn't like it as well last year) and Audrey Hopburn (which I freely admit I ...

I had it at C'est What last week and introduced it to a friend who drank it all night. Great beer, although I prefer a little more malt background in my IPA's, which is fine now that Canucklehead is on cask.
