I wonder what the stats are for exactly how much money they are taking away from the province? I bet it hardly scratches the surface. Doesn't UBrews pay taxes to the gov't? Bastards...

Millbrook isn't far from Peterborough. I'll do my part to keep those taps from getting dry.

As a long time homebrewer, this is great news. I live in the township of Cavan and am in Millbrook quite often. One thing is for sure, water quantity will not be a problem. Water is everywhere, but with lots of iron.

That is why I only bought one, and will only do that once a year, usually around this time. I bought it for when friends come around during the holidays, I'll bring it out and we will all have a taste. Do you have room for a 3 gallon pop keg? You can also get a 5 lb. C02 tank. These don't take up much room and should fit in a bar fridge.

I always add extra yeast since I just sprinkle it on top. I buy bricks of yeast and vacuum seal it.

I have been using Promash for years now. You can edit malts, hops, or anything in it. I have my own list of grains, hops etc... I just go to inventory and add my amount.
