Number 6 from Collective Arts. They weren't on the shelf yet. Took them out of the case that was on the employee's cart.

Re: Signal Brewing Co., Belleville

Technically in Corbyville, but that’s splitting hairs. They are located in the former Corby Distillery building. It is a lovely setting on the Moira River. The patio will be spectacular when the leaves turn. Went there on our anniversary for lunch and sampled all the then available beers, which were...

Re: LCBO Autumn, Halloween and Ontario Craft Beers 2018 Release

I see Collective Arts IPA 7 on the list, yet 6 has yet to make its appearance in stores. This has been a tremendous series of IPA’s and I eagerly await these next variations.

As for the pumpkin ales...if I never had one again it would still be to soon.

Re: What're you drinking right now?

A bottle of Nickel Brook Über Peach Berliner Weisse , from Summerhill where I also got a Pineapple Über this week! They are all similarly tart and dry and the fruit is subtle, this is lightweight fare yet the good pale pit fruit flavors are there and a whiff of peach orchard funk in the fragrance. ...

Re: CRAFT Beer Market - Toronto

I was there for a while at about 1:00PM Saturday and it was virtually packed on the lower level. Conversely, Beer Bistro was virtually empty when I walked by five minutes earlier, so I think some damage is being done. Craft Beer Market is a loud place, not just from the music. Voices seem to resonat...

Generally quite stoked about this release. Concur wholeheartedly on the Aventinus. It’s been quite a while for me with that one.

Lagunitas 12th Of Never Pale Ale. It’s OK, but honestly underwhelming when compared to the other outstanding PA’s, IPA’s, and DIPA’s I’ve had from this brewery. from the LCBO? I think the brew date was 8+ months ago unless a new batch came in. Yes, online order from the LCBO. Can is out in the gara...

Re: LCBO Online Exclusives

Picked up an online order yesterday and when I got home and opened it I had about $190 of Spanish red wine instead of $67 of beer. Took it back and sure enough, the paperwork was mixed up with another box.

Re: Doug Ford

I'm still waiting for some smart ass brewer to release a 150ml can for a buck each. Actually, it would be a great idea for a craft brewer. Get the premium display space and sell a sample size product that people new to your beer might say, "what they hey? I'll give it a try. It's a small enoug...
