Re: What're you drinking right now?

Nickle Brook Winey Bastard - This to me was phenomenal. I haven't tried many, if any other wine barrel aged beers but I'll look for more after this one. Re: Nickel Brook Brewing

Can't wait to try Immodest for the first time, $5 sounds like a steal considering I just paid $9 for Robohop. Also Nickel Brook's Maple Porter is now in tallboys at the LCBO for $3/can.

Speaking of Headstock I nearly jumped out of my shoes yesterday when I picked up a few cans at my LCBO with a bottled date of 03/15. Soooooo fresh and yummy. Nickel Brook are posting bottled on date...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

Beau's, Beau's and more Beau's....the LCBO sure has a knack for drowning us in the stuff no one really wants. That should read "stuff no one on bartowel really wants" because their stuff probably outsells every other Ontario brewer currently available at the LCBO by a pretty significant m...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

Which IPA do great lakes tend to release after Lake Effect?[/quote] Their IPA's all use different hops. Sourcing some of these hops is not always easy I assume. Breweries have contracts for hops and I imagine obtaining such contracts might not always be easy, such as for the Nelson Sauvin used in Th...

Re: New Arrivals at LCBO & TBS

I really hope great lakes does more cans of their various ipas for the lcbo. I really prefer this format over the $6 bombers Same here. Kind of tired of the big bottles....just give me smaller formats, whether bottles or cans, and I'll actually buy more. Which IPA do great lakes tend to release aft...
