I guess founders is in Syracuse now, can't wait to stock up this weekend!

Anyone have any experience aging the beers in Unibroue's standard lineup like Trois Pistoles, Maudite, Fin Du Monde etc.? How did they turn out/develop?

sooo, that's it then? No panil for us? It's not like Ottawa is some small town.. shouldn't we get at least a few bottles of every release? anyone from the ottawa area ever see the Panil or the Celt in a nearby lcbo? Nope. I was watching the Panil distribution closely and it got as far as Kingston.

the beer guy at whole foods "chris" is pretty awesome. Ask if he's in when you stop in next time. He hooked me up with some free glassware and a few beers that were only kept 'in the back'

I just got back from vegas a few weeks ago. You'll find more than enough great beers at Whole Foods near the strip - and they sell singles. I actually walked there from my hotel, took about an hour.

Does the LCBO/TBS carry any barley wines? Only one I can think of is the Mill Street one that comes out seasonally.. Is there a reason this style gets overlooked by them?

for the ottawa people, they had a good chunk of this release at the bank/walkley lcbo.

I got westmalle, unearthy, norrebro, tree DIPA, vitus..

I know it's an APA, but for my hoppy beer fix I like crazy canuck more than any of the IPA's available in ontario.
