I'm not so worried. The parks behind Volo already have a plethora of sketchy people doing drugs and stealing bikes and whatnot.

That would be a great space to host the next Cask Days. Much easier for transit.

So you don't like transients and addicts, how about a weekend of drunken hipsters? I can see the headlines now: "I was just out for a walk with my children and some bearded bear started babbling on about bourbon barrels and lactobasilis. My five year old daughter got real scared. She always thought beer should not be adulterated and spoiled". WON"T SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE CHILDREN? :)

Landlord/rent issues. The Church location is not happening, at least as per Ralph a few weeks ago.

The location is also where that girl Tess Richey was killed. Such a sad story that one, hope they catch the guy!
