Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Stopped into Betty's this week and was pleasantly surprised that they do indeed have their casks going. Seems there was an issue with them any other time I was in there, but it has been awhile. The Canucklehead was pouring really nicely, can't remember what the other cask offering was, or much else about the evening. But the guest tap selection was far better than it used to be, with Sawdust City gracing my tonsils several times. Good to see this venerable institution hosting more Ontario micros.
