We would like to bring to your attention that LCBO Specialty Services recently changed their policy when it comes to credit card payment.

As a result, LCBO Specialty Services will no longer have customer credit card information on file. For you and us it means that credit card details cannot be noted on any documentation forwarded to Specialty Services.

Payments for deposits can be made by: business cheque, cash, money order or Specialty Services can contact the person making the payment for credit card authorization when the order is being processed. Thus it is important to provide a contact phone number on the form where you can be reached during business hours.

The above changes were necessary in order to meet the requirements of the PCI standards ( worldwide information security standard assembled by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council).
