It was web only.
That likely shows the stores to which web orders were shipped.
It sold out after 1 full week of listing.
Only Armand & Gaston remains online. Initially, 2600 bottles (!!) were listed. We are down to until 400 and dropping slowly.

Highly doubt this is the case since web orders are paid before sent to store, therefore not LCBO inventory when sent for pick-up. The more likely scenario is that if a store shows inventory its because someone returned bottles for refund.

having said that .... LCBO incompetence never ceases to amaze, so there is a (small) chance they actually put into inventory stock that no longer belongs to them ...

Orders that were 'cancelled' showed up at stores anyways, and I think some are just sitting there now indefinitely. I got 2 bottles from a brantford store that was showing stock.

...ditto with the Cantillon gueuze, but it's only at a couple locations - https://www.lcbo.com/webapp/wcs/stores/ ... tId=164005

So if anyone did order to any of those stores showing stock, but had orders cancelled, there's a good chance that your bottles are sitting there with your name on them!

We're moving towards putting smaller quantities of our imports online for single bottle purchase.

The problem we've faced has been some backend issues by the LCBO. For example, BFM 225 saison with quince was literally unsearchable for over a month. And Abbaye De St Bon-Chien's been waiting for 2 months to be listed, which is out of our control.

We brought is a very large 3 Fonteinen Armand & Gaston order so that we could have a steady surplus online (only 10% of the order remains online).

We're also having De Dolle Oerbier and Dulle Teve go online in the near future along with Fantome Saison, Dark White and Hiver.

Nice!! I love all the De Dolle beers very much - even especially these two. I believe anyone who thinks Chimay Rouge defines a particular style should def try Oerbier.
DULLE TEVE
Dulle Teve means Mad Bitch, but the US goverment does not like the name, so we said TRIPEL. Is is an all malt brew with white candy in the kettle and refermented. Alc 10 %. Is not meant for aging. Although some beerlover do it, with good comments. Aging means decreasing of bitterness and should happen in a cold and dark room.

Just a quick explanation...
The Flemmish are a sarcastic lot who joke around quite a bit. The "Mad Bitch" was actually a former employee of theirs. She's depicted on the label. So the name isn't as awful as it appears.
Aging: originally, Kris told people that Dulle Teve is best fresh. We sampled a 10 year old Dulle Teve and it was excellent. It turns more into barleywine with age and the maltiness and sweetness become more pronounced. Excellent fresh or aged.

And Oerbier's a damn treat. Best quad on the market, in our opinion (Achel Extra would be the closest in quality, as would a 4 year old Westy 12, which is a completely different beast)
