Could Founders really be bringing their 5 standards to an LCBO near you sometime in the forseeable future?

If so, :o .

Thats the word so far. With 5 brands coming its sounds like it could be a brewery feature.

Yes!
I know it says "5 standards" - which is awesome! but how could they NOT eventually bring us some kegs of the Canadian Breakfast Stout?!!!
Let the dreaming begin!

I assume it's their base lineup of:

Dirty Bastard
Centennial IPA
Red's Rye
Pale Ale
Porter

But your list would certainly make me much happier.

If this is the case, I wonder if Dirty Bastard will have a hard time with our nanny state labeling policies...?

I heard Founder's marketing has a labelling solution already in place for us.
In Ontario it shall be know by a distinctive white sticker covering the entire label on the bottle with this in 12 pt Arial font.

"Founders Unwashed Child /Kid of a Legitimacy Challenged Birth in Ontario" Scotch Ale

I predict it will sell like hot cakes!!

If this release comes to fruition, it will undoubtedly be the biggest "step forward" that the LCBO has taken so far (with respect to craft beer). Awesome news in the wake of the Liberty and Unibroue de-listings...
